apple charge me a bill but i didn't get my subscription

I paid for tinder subscription and apple charge me but when i open the app subscription doesn’t work and when i go to my apple subscription on settings there is no recent subscription, when i check my payment history i can’t found it there and i didn’t receive any email i just receive the bill under apple.com bill on my bank acount i can’t ask for refund because there is no subscription 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
