Here is how it works: "If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. "

It's a really bad idea to post your email address/ID in a public forum, even in an image - it's an invitation to spam and a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.

A refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase, and can take up to 30 days, depending on the method used. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904 as linked to above.

Your first post implies you made the purchase from credit it your Apple account. If that is the case, that is where the refund will appear, not in your bank account.
