Libre 2 freestyle sensor

It is not the Libre Freestyle that is not working but my iPhone 12. My phone was reading the sensor perfectly well and then stopped. I contacted Freestyle Libre and they talked me through all the possible options to check the sensor and my phone. This did not work so I changed my sensor and tried scanning the new one - it still did not register on my phone so I have had to use the scanner provided by Freestyle Libre. I want my phone to be able to read the sensor but don’t know what I need to do to check the NFC on my phone.
