iMac freezes, won’t reboot, not responding

My mac running Monterey freezes very my mac freezes very often in the last couple of weeks. This happens very suddenly, especially often after waking up from sleep or idle. sometimes happens during work - applications freeze unexpectedly, do not open the settings or monitoring window, or the opening takes a very long time. sometimes enters a black screen and shows an error for every open application. Rebooting in this state also does not work. after forced loading, it shows the profile selection screen (this screen has never been shown before), the cursor is spinning like a rainbow and does not respond to mouse movements. What could be the problem with these frosts? hard disk or memory reading problems? resource monitor shows that the system is almost not loaded. windowserver is the most capacious process only 2-7%

Please restart the computer in Safe Mode per the directions in the  How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support link.

Note: If you are using a wireless keyboard please either plug it in using the supplied Lightning cable that shipped with it. If you are using a legacy keyboard or a third-party keyboard that does not have re-charging abilities, please use any USB keyboard. Also note that a Safe Mode restart may require you to hold down the shift key for up to 5 minutes before the computer starts in Safe Mode. You will know it is in Safe Mode when you see “Safe Mode” in the upper right of the display.

After restarting in Safe Mode, then restart normally and test.

If this does not help then please do the following.
