Apple TV

When streaming Apple TV programming, the picture is larger than the tv screen. I can’t see the top, bottom or sides of the picture. Just started about two weeks ago. HELP!

Is this for the

Apple TV (720p) (2nd generation), A1378, 2010 model, 0.9 inch (2.3 cm) high
Apple TV 4K (2nd generation), A2169, 2021 model, 1.4 inch (3.6 cm) high.

Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Is the picture scrollable (4th generation or later)? Use Zoom to magnify the image on Apple TV - Apple Support

It may have been accidentally activated if zoom is set as part of the Accessibility Shortcut in your settings. To disable the shortcut, uncheck all its options.
