Hello,

I was wondering if I could get some assistance setting up my voicemail. Whenever I click on the phone app and go to my voicemail it says “call voicemail”. I have been told that my phone does not go to voicemail and it just keeps on ringing so I was wondering if I could get some assistance setting it up.

Call your voicemail box xxxx to listen to your voicemail messages.

Which voicemail number you should call depends on your carrier.

The voicemail settings are controlled by the carrier, so call your carrier.

Voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service. Contact them and ask if they offer that service.
