What does it mean when it doesn’t show other that my notifications are silenced even tho I have it turned on?

I had the same issue with my iMessage not showing the focus status, there’s another setting to enable that fixes it. Go to Settings> Privacy> scroll down to Focus and select it. There should me an option to turn on status sharing for messages in there
