Is your daughter the original owner of the Apple Watch and can she prove that with original proof of purchase documentation?

Then  you can start an Activation Lock support request.

If your daughter is not the original owner, she needs to contact the original owner to remove the activation lock

Hello. Please i can't remove the activation lock on my uncle's apple series 7. My uncle recently passed away. I have no idea of his apple Id. I really need to use this watch. Is there a way you can help me out?. Thank you.
