As this is a Windows computer of my company, there is no Windows Store installed (forbidden by policy). I downloaded the latest iTunes version (12.10.11) from here and installed it. If I try to restore the iPad there is a message that I have to update my iTunes. Clicking on "?"-> "search for updates" brings me to this site, where it says I have to download from Microsoft Store. But I can't. How to solve this problem? Is there really no way to have an up-to-date iTunes without the Microsoft Store? How am I supposed to restore the iPad without the updated iTunes? Any help would be very much appreciated!

my iPad says connect to iTunes, but I don't have it on my Mac. how do I reset ? I try to download and it will not let me because of the version of iOS I have. I

keeps telling me update to latest itunes for windows 10 but I have latest version when trying to update/restore my iphone 7 itunes says can't until I update to latest version of itunes for windows 10 yet when I check for updates itunes says I have the latest version already....HELP

You can update by clicking on iTunes' top bar menu Help/Check for Updates. If that doesn't help you, which version of iTunes do you currently have installed? Use iTunes top bar menu to look in Help/About iTunes. Which version does it mention?
