I've seen this question asked several times but none of the replies have helped at all. My Android tablet can't see my iPhone. It says it's not in range. I've tried everything suggested previously. How do I get into my hotspot settings so I can try and add manually?

You haven't detailed what you have tried and what has failed, so it's hard to advise you what to do. As a starting point go through the list of options in Apple's support document How to set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone or iPad. I've always found the Wi-Fi option flawless - this method is after all just another network for a device to join in order to get Internet access.
