Good day. I have no audio call icon on my iPhone. I’m not able to making audio call but in the same time the video call is working. Please let me know who can I fix it. Thank you.

Calls don’t audibly ring through videos Apple troubleshooting doesn’t seem to understand explanations regarding the exact issue :/ I have my notification style set to full screen. iPhone DOES pause the video and display the caller on full screen. However, I think part of the reason everyone is still complaining is less that and more the lack of an actual ringtone. If you are listening to a video and not actively watching the screen in any app… YouTube, FB, browser, podcast, etc., the full screen display with no ringtone is perceived as an ad playing and video will resume shortly. The only solution is every time the video pauses, you have to pick up your phone to look at it and see if it’s an ad or a call. Inconvenient. Phone calls use to audibly ring through videos so you were aware there was a call. I have checked all the normal suggestions.. attention aware, focus mode, ringer volume, silence button and full screen notification. any ideas?

iPhone 11 dropping audio on calls We have an iPhone 11 previously worked ok but recently started dropping audio on calls. The call is still connected as it comes back on eventually so hasn’t ended the call. Tried restarting the phone, moved to another network provider and still the issue remains. How can we solve this?
