Update Using a Computer:

Seems you have a vintage device. So, see if you can update using a computer. Use my User Tip:  Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip

They can't. As I said above, an unit running 10.3.4 isn't capable of 11 or higher.

The reason why this applies is because an iPhone on that version can only possibly be an iPhone 5. Any newer unit would be stuck on 10.3.3 or go to 11.0 instead of 10.3.4.

Attempt the Update:

Whatever is installed, if any IOS update is available, see if it will install. If still available, it would install though use of a computer. So, attempt the update. Maybe something will pop up?

An unit running 10.3.4 isn't capable of 11 or above.

What iPhone do you have? Your phone may actually be completely up to date.
