Must restart my iPad to connect to the Internet
Every day I have to restart my iPad to connect to the Internet. I have done factory resets and rebooting the Internet nothing seems to work, all my other devices work fine

Could be a hardware problem. I have an old iPad mini 4 that has some damage from falls, including a bent case, a display that's popping out of the case, video display faults, freezing, occasional unplanned resets, and where the Wi-Fi shuts down by itself. When the Wi-Fi shutting down occurs, I can look under Settings > Wi-Fi and the slider is turned to off. If I try to turn it back on the slider will always flip right back. The only way I get it to work again is to restart and hope that I can restart Wi-Fi without needing to restart again.
Mostly this sort of thing would be an intermittent hardware problem and not something that can be solved without replacement. For mine, I don't really use it any more, but tolerate it when I do since replacement isn't really worth it for a device that old.

Troubleshooting iPad WiFi:
Try the Following:
A. Delete a VPN:
The VPN is common a culprit. So, disconnect from it, unless required for work, school, and such.
B. Start Here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support
C. Clear Temporary Internet Files:
If Wifi is disconnecting, try clearing out your Temporary Internet Files: History, Cache, and Cookies. Go Here: Clear your Safari Browser History and Set Up Content Blockers on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
D. Report this to Apple:
Did you just update your device?
Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.
