Downloading Monterey 12.5

why doesn't my 13" MacBook Pro M2 not download Monterey 12.5?

Safe Mode, as perviously suggested would be my first bet as it eliminates Third Party software from loading

Second on the list would be Recovery Mode and choose Reinstall macOS.

In theory, it should pull down the latest available version., 12.5 released July 20, 2022
