apple tv no 24 bit audio

When will Apple TV 4K send 24 bit audio? I have an Anthem AVM 70 preamp (with a high end DAC) that can accept PCM audio at 24 bits/192 kHz. It tells me what it receives. My Apple TV 4K using Apple Music App does not have "lossless" (24 bit) as an option. My Apple music app on my iPad Pro does. When I connect it to my AVM 70 using an Apple - USB Type-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter and an HDMI cable, it will send what Apple Music calls "lossless" , but it comes over at 16 bit/48 kHz- not 24 bit audio. When i play "lossless' music using Amazon Music App on my Apple TV, it also comes over at 16/24. BUT, when I use Amazon Music and my Fire Stick 4K that same track comes over at 24bit/192kHz. A second set of questions are: Does my iPad actually receive 24/96 or 24/192 music? And how can I listen to it and confirm it? My Anthem AVM 70 has Airplay 2, but Airplay cannot send/receive 24 bit audio . How can I send 24-bit/192 kHz Apple Music audio to my AVM 70. I want to enjoy the 24 bit Apple Music on my Martin Logan speakers.
