How to resume iCloud sync and upload on MacBook pro

Hi,

I wanted to sync my MacBook files to iCloud. I followed the instructions and moved all of my documents to the iCloud Drive folder. While syncing, the upload was interrupted and since then I didn't manage to resume the upload properly (although the status bar applies its "uploading" by a rate of "Zero KB of 108GB" :\

I need my local files to mirror to iCloud drive immediately...

Would really appreciate the help!!!
