im using old iphone its iphone 4 can someone help to fix it??

iPhone 4 is a 3G device and 3G fell out of the network earlier this year, so that device will need to be upgraded b/c it will not work on the network. Meaning you won’t be able to make/receive calls on it. Is that what you’re trying to do with that device?

That device operates on a 3G network and we no longer have a 3G network, so I doubt they will be able to add any new services to that device to where it will function properly.. you need and iPhone 6 or higher which will be compatible for the network today.

Install Carrier Updates.

Because you are using an iPhone, contact your Carrier, request carrier updates. Once they are installed, see if it then works.  Go Here: Manually Update your Carrier Settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

I think most carriers are not even supporting cellular service to phones that old. What issue are you having with your phone?

Yes, so you will have to contact that service provider but that device is an older device so they probably won’t be able to add that feature to the device. It’s no longer supported.
