Disabling Safari on iPhone but not iPad?

Hi everyone, I recently decided to try my best to reduce my screen time and a big problem with that is using Safari.

After disabling Safari on my iPhone I found that it also disabled it on my iPad and I can’t find a way around this.

Is there any way to have it disabled on my iPhone but not my iPad? Thanks in advance for any help.
