I bought an iPhone 13 pro max with someone Apple ID then he realized that he forgot to remove his Apple id then latter he called to tell me that. he send me his correct password I tried several time to lug him out but it’s working. Should I restore the phone or what to do please your help needed. Thanks
If the phone is activation locked, only the original owner can remove that. I would guess that you contact him again and ask for the right credentials.
