Apple has done a great job at managing your battery - make sure you have OPTIMIZE BATTERY CHARGING set and that you stick to a schedule of charging as much as possible. For example, you remove it from charger every morning at 7am (your device will learn this and not over charge during the night, but will make sure that before 7am, you have full battery).
