iPhone 11 Pro Max camera only works on the 2x setting or selfie. Flashlight also doesn't work. Have tried restarting it multiple times, resetting to factory default settings, and also mess with the screen time and still doesn't work. Psa running on iOS 14.8.1.

It sounds like your telephoto camera is broken. As you've tried all the possible software fixes I can think of, your best bet is to get it repaired.
It's only the ultra wide and primary camera not working. Still looks like my only alternative is to force restart the device in comparison do to a normal restart
Already have tried restarting it, will try force restart if the problem persist looks like I will need to take it to an Apple store before my warranty expires.
