Iphone 12 just keeps restarting itself and showing a loading sign

I cant get into my phone. even when i do a hard reset as soon as i enter password to get into the phone it shows a black loading screen

If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen / stuck

If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch
