Troubleshooting a Loose Port:

A. Try a Different Cable:

It may be the cable this is not --not the port. So, try connecting a different cable to it.

B. A Swollen Battery, Perhaps?:

The screen may lifting due to due to a corroding battery, which is a health hazard. So, I'd say return it. You have 14 days to do so. Or get this serviced.

Go to a Genius Bar to have it checked out.
