My first iPad is not listed though I purchased from Apple store with my name engraved.

My first iPad is not listed on my devices. I bought it from Apple store and had my name monogrammed on back as offered.

Why is my iPhone 15 Plus listed as a 13 Plus? I recently bought an iPhone 15 plus from. My brother-in-law used it for somedays then brought it to me from abroad, he had factory reset it before giving it to me. Now that i am using it i noticed that the phone name is given iphone 13+ insead of iphone 15 plus, is this an software issue or something else? the iphone was bought from apple store in UK [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Have you set up your new iPad on the same Apple ID as you have for your other devices?
