I transferred phones but i still get all calls and texts from my old phone, how do i fix it so i only get calls and texts on my new phone?

i did exactly that and i still can’t get my calls to show up on my new phone. i also can’t call anyone either. the only way i can contact someone is through message and factime.

Did you also transfer the SIM card from the old phone to the new phone? It’s the SIM card that identifies your phone number for calling and texting→iPhone and iPad: How to remove the SIM card
To stop getting calls on one of your devices, just turn off the other devices on your iPhone settings.
