I could transfer all of my files and apps from my old iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 14 pro. Except I can not make phone calls from my new iPhone 14 pro and calls failed. How can I fix this problem?

This is happening because the active cellular service is still on the SIM card of your iPhone 7.
If you purchased your iPhone 14 Pro in the USA, then that iPhone model does not have a SIM card tray and you will, therefore, have to contact your carrier and get an eSIM activated on your iPhone 14 Pro.
If you purchased your iPhone outside of the USA, then simply transfer your active service SIM card from your iPhone 7 to your iPhone 14 Pro.
