UX for refund not working

I have family music subscription I have never used that I was charged for. I also unknowingly was being charged for AppleTV and Apple Fitness+ for months. I requested refund for music family but cant get past UX form or bolt. I need customer service! Charge went to apple credit card. How do I get access to someone?
