I just had my 11 pro Max just two weeks now and my battery health was 99% as at then
now it's exactly two weeks now and it has drop to 94%! It's seems like every 4 days it drops so please what's the issue at hand here?
Battery Health is an inexact figure that varies with usage. All batteries deplete with time and usage. Apple batteries last about 2 years of normal use. When your Battery Health reaches 80%, it will be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for Battery Replacement....

The rate of change is not linear. It's not even in the same direction. Make no attempt at extrapolation.
It sounds like it is either used and maybe had a fake battery fitted in the "refurb" or old stock. Take it back.
1% a month loss is reasonable .
