Home screen page disappears randomly

One of my home screen pages randomly disappears without me changing any of the settings. Typically when my phone is behaving normally, my first home screen page is blank, swiping left gives a second page where I have all of my apps organized in folders the way I like them, and another swipe to the left after that will give me the Apple app library. One moment I am opening apps from the homepage with my own folders organized the way I like them, the next moment after swiping left it’s gone and all I’m left with is the default Apple App Library.

If I press and hold on a blank portion of the main home screen, there are no pages that I am able to turn on and off - my homescreen page is just gone. Restarting the iPhone doesn’t help.
