My itunes pc version is 12.10.11.2 but still it say I need to update my pc to new version

iTunes 12.10.11.2 is the last version of iTunes that will run on a Windows 7 (or Windows 8) computer. But that version of iTunes cannot manage devices with iOS 15 or later installed.

In order to restore a phone that new you will need the latest (most recent) version of iTunes, which on the day of writing (18th July 2022) is iTunes 12.12.4.1, but that in turn requires Windows 10 (or Windows 11).
