i have my old windows 7 pc but it can’t not upgrade to windows 10 and i install iTunes for windows 7 and test anything on my iPhone. I forgot my iPhone has new update iOS 15.8 but when I tap it, it says need a new version of iTunes. I don’t know why. Can everyone fix this

iTunes is no longer supported for Windows 7. The last version that runs on it is not able to update to newer versions of iOS. You can update the device over the air, but may find that it is no longer able to communicate with your older version of iTunes. It is time you upgraded to Windows 10 or 11. Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 nearly four years ago.
