iCloud storage

I have iCloud storage of 200gb, I’ve only used 26gb and apple is still telling me to upgrade my iCloud storage because it’s full. I cannot upload my pictures on iCloud because of this issue and I have more than enough iCloud storage for all my photos!

Icloud Hi, I basically bought iCloud for 50GB because my photos take 18GB. but recently I deleted almost all of my photos now i have 180 photos and videos together. But why is iCloud full 50/50GB and my storage is also full because my photos taking 18GB? This isn’t normal. I deleted everything. My iCloud is full. My storage is full.

I have 5GB iCloud storage that is almost full. What are my options to avoid losing photos? only 5 gb of iCloud and i have almost no option I have lots of important photos and they still uploading and every time I get a new device 1 day says iCloud full and if I turn of iCloud Photos, I am at high risk of losing photos and lots of them too how can I fix this safely with no risk of losing anything or getting iCloud plus? Just do make sure, did you check the graph for iCloud storage, in case other data is filling up iCloud storage space?
