App Privacy Report

Is there a reason why my apps I don’t significantly use a lot show up on my app privacy report seemingly a ton of times a day. Multiple times an hour? I know some apps like contacts is access by an app that has your information for the purpose of your “contact card” but I literally removed this feature to find the root of the issue and my contacts is access countless times throughout every hour on apps like my mail, photos, health (which is literally deleted from my phone), notes, reminders, calendar, messages…. again “show photo and contact card” is off and my privacy settings have not given contacts permission on anything. Furthermore the apps that constantly use these data sensors aren’t even an option to configure on or off on my privacy settings. Only show up in privacy report.

Any insight on this would be appreciated:) I couldn’t find “App Privacy Report” in “topics” so I just generalized it as “using iPhone”…. Hope I can still find the information I need. Thanks in advance!
