Bought an iPhone locked with previous owner's iCloud
I did buy an iPhone on eBay but it's iCloud locked. Seller sells many phones and can't contact previous owner.

you should return the phone for a refund. an iPhone that is iCloud locked will be completely useless unless the previous owner unlocks it. It's likely to be a lost/stolen phone
I don't use eBay often, but if the seller won't cooperate, could try this?
