if the samsung tv model is on the list of airplay2 enabled tv's

then Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
if not then you can only do it if you get the appletv box
if the tv support chromecast or miracast or some custom samsung wireless stuff then you may be able to find apps in app store which would assist you.
