"liquid detected in lightning port charging unavailable"

I suddenly get the "liquid detected" message when I plug in my iphone, but my phone has just been sitting on the table, no liquid around. I changed cables and outlets and I still get the message. Can anyone help? Thanks. iphone11

You might need to contact Apple Support for help

If you see this alert every time you connect a certain cable or accessory, that cable or accessory might be damaged. Contact the manufacturer.

If you see this alert every time you connect an Apple Lightning cable or accessory, contact Apple Support.
