I am going to Munich on the August 14th but I would like to know if people at the apple store there in Munich speak English as I don't know barely any German so I was just asking

You could contact the two Apple stores in Munich to enquire, and probably book a date and time to see an English speaking representative.

As suggested, you need to contact the store because we are all other users here from around the world and do not work for Apple - therefore we would not know which languages any Apple store employee knows. Having said that, most German schools teach English (mine did), so a great percentage should speak it. However, that does not mean that they would be familiar with technical vocabulary in a foreign language.
