Apple in Germany

Is there a way to make my system language to English in Germany.

I have bought a MacBook and an iPad Pro in Germany, but I am an International student who is not good in German, all my podcast is in German though I changed my language and region in the settings app.

To talk about Safari, the translation is bad every time I have to manually translate all my pages to English and in my iPad Pro its very hard find an option to translate itself.

When apple is being too good supporting local languages from the place where someone is, it should also provide options for international people for their preferred language also.

I really don't know what to do or where to talk about this but I just want to let everyone know that I feel really bad for this in addition to all the other organisational language terror I am facing here.

Thank you.

nidhin67,

Is the entire Podcasts app in German or is it the name of the available shows? Specifically what we’re asking you to check is whether the tabs at the bottom are in English or German. If it’s just the content, that may because of the country/region of your Apple ID/iTunes/App Store. This is a tricky one to change as it would impact what apps you can download, update and use on your devices.

You can check that region with these steps - Change your Apple ID country or region

When you were changing the language for your macOS system and went to System Preferences > Language & Region > Apps, did you add Safari here with English as the language?

Thanks.
