Accidentally hit cycle tracking

I accidentally hit cycle tracking in the health app and now I can’t get rid of it. I’m a male and don’t have a need for it and it’s really frustrating. Anytime I put in a headache or any sexual activity, it’s putting it under cycle tracking. I tried deleting all data from settings but still there. Any ideas? Or do I have to delete all health data to start over?
