My Recent Calls using iPhone 11do not show up on my car’s dash. They seem to have stopped two weeks ago. What’s causing this?

Settings>general>reset>reset network settings.
If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
I tried looking in the owners manual, but no luck. I have had at least 20 incoming calls on my iphone 11, but none of them shows up on my car screen under recent calls.
