No "Calls on Other Devices" option in Settings

Question

I can not find the "Calls on Other Devices" option in Settings/Phone. All other options are there. Phone is running iOS version 6.3.1

Does anyone know why the "Calls on Other Devices" option disappeared?

OK... You're not going to see that option unless you're signed into other devices.

nd same option is not on my other phone.
