I have a New Aluminum Apple TV remote that "sticks" when I am scrolling up or down and side-to-side. My parents have the same remote and have the same issues. Any ideas on how to correct this issue?

Can you elaborate on the sticking behavior? I don’t think I recognize that for my Siri Remote (2nd generation).
