Emoji color change

It doesn't appear that any of the cat emojis offer alternate colors. Mostly only people do.

If you mean the stylized cat faces with different expressions, they're not supposed to look like real cats any more than the smiley faces are supposed to look like real people. These are little cartoons, not actual representations of reality.
