how we get emoji’s on my keypad?

If you want to use Emojis in your keyboard on your 14 Plus, start by checking if it's added here:
Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard... → search for Emoji and add.
Look for the Emoji button in the keyboard, or tap and hold the Globe icon and select Emoji to see all the icons.
