Ios Downgrade without pc or mac

Downgrading ios is not and has never been supported.
If you are currently running a beta release of ios and want to revert to the currently shipping version, please read the information provided when you joined the beta program.
That will NOT remove ios 16. You will need a computer to do that.
Downgrade from what to what?
If you have the current iOS version or any other version, you cannot downgrade to an earlier iOS version.
Recently I updated ios 16 but now I can’t use some of apps so just want to downgrade ios 16 to 15.5 but I don’t have any pc or MacBook so there is any possibility to downgrade without pc
