iPhone won’t let me add an outlook email

If I went through the mail link in the settings to add an account I was able to add a yahoo and gmail but not the outlook mail. After entering my password it would return me to the previous page. I was able to add the outlook mail by using the ‘other’ link and manually entering the SSL and Port information. I now have the outlook mail on my phone but when I added it there was not an option to add calendar or contacts!
