Change country/region
I have canceled all my subscriptions and have no Apple credit but still cannot change country/region.
I have tried every single way as explained on the Apple Support website. Nothing works.

Canceling your subscriptions might not be enough if they are still ongoing:

You might have to contact Apple Support directly and ask them, if they can do something about that:
