Phone Is Hacked

There is no known method of remotely hacking an iPhone.

Unless you handed your iPhone to someone for an extended period of time near a computer the chances of it being hacked are fairly slim.

What exactly makes you think it's been hacked? If you explain what issues you are having, someone may be able to advise.
