Hello!
Unfortunately you cannot pay for Apple services on a yearly basis. However, if you buy Apple Gift Cards and add them to your Apple Balance each year you will avoid paying monthly charges. This is due to the fact, these subscriptions will take money out of your Apple Account first before going to the payment method on file.
In other word the Apple Music Family subscription is $14.99 a month, so you’ll need to add $180 to your Apple Account. This will avoid the monthly charges.
