yes tried trouble shooting and still comes up with the update despite it being update. Only option on the screen is to cancel then it says I have to unpaid the device.

A series 7 watch comes pre installed with WatchOS8 if your watch has WatchOS3.1 that would would be a watch series0,1 or 2.
